The mass of the hotel building is located on contoured land and used as the shape idea for the massing which resembles steps. This respons created a harmony between the building and the surroundings in order to adapt the topography.

Layering is a form of creating facade design and can creates a unique shapes. The hotel mass is created by layering the asymmetrical horizontal lines as balcony and Vertical lines as a supporting structure. We try to combine those two elements and creates a harmony with the surroundings.
